Probably the biggest international law news story that everyone has been waiting to hear the most recent developments about is the international law news story involving the United States missionaries that went to Haiti in order to bring back some of the Haitian children orphans back to the United States. This international law news story has been developing for several weeks now, and many from the international law news circuit was waiting to see how the judge will respond to the allegations at hand. If the alleged in the international law news stories are true, then the conduct of these missionaries could have possibly been considered to be violation of international law. If these missionaries out of the state of Florida had violated the international law, many were waiting to see what were going to be the penalties that were to be given to these missionaries for the violation of the international law. Well, the latest details of this international law story has just been released to the public.

1. The international law news circuit had originally reported that a group of missionaries from Miami, Florida had been apprehended while in Haiti due to their alleged attempt to take a total of 33 children out of Haiti after the major earthquake, and transport them back to the United States. Since they were captured, the international law stories ha reported that they have remained in custody where they have undergone rigorous questioning.

2. The most recent international law news reports state that eight of the ten missionaries have been released. The international law news circuit is stating that the eight missionaries that were released were flown back to the United States and arrived in Miami, Florida early this morning. The international law news circuit is stating that the reason why these eight were released was due to the fact that the parents of the children had testified, according to the international news circuit, that they had voluntarily given their children to the missionaries because they were convinced that their children would be able to live a better life.

3. On the other hand, the international law stories say that despite the release of eight of the missionaries, two of the missionaries still remain in custody. The international law stories are reporting that the other two are being held behind for further questioning in regards to the matter. The international law sources say that the reason that the two are being held for further question, one of the two being the leader of the group of missionaries, and her nanny, is due to the fact that the two had come to Haiti several years prior in seek of adopting orphans. The international law circuit is saying that the authorities want to determine whether or not there is more to the story.
